The Stop-Start-Keep Diary was created to help individuals explore and enrich their daily lives through journaling.

We are each a blend of Body, Mind , Emotion and Spirit. When we are in balance, we feel comfortable in our own body, our thoughts are clear, our emotions are known and respected and our connection with Spirit is soothing.
